6 Why is MEISTER laminate flooring so durable? For MEISTER laminate flooring, we only use the highest quality materials. The individual layers are carefully pressed together under high temperature and pressure. This results in resilient and robust laminate planks – the basis for a long product life. Furthermore, we attach great importance to producing planks with precise fitting. Together with the patented and secure click connection, this creates a highly stable flooring and thus the perfect foundation for life in your home – even when the going gets tough. We are so convinced of the quality of our laminate flooring that we give you an extra long warranty on it. Up to 25 years in living areas*. * Warranty according to the MeisterWerke warranty conditions at www.meister.com Why is MEISTER laminate flooring so healthy for living and ecological? MEISTER laminate flooring is made 95% from natural resources, mostly wood: The heart is a board made of high-density wood fibres. On the underside there is a “backing” for stabilisation, on the top the decor paper, featuring authentic wood effects, stone decors or really creative designs. The top layer (the walking layer) consists of tough melamine resin and gives the laminate flooring its incredible durability and ease of maintenance. The laminate is completely free of PVC, plasticisers and phthalates, making it absolutely healthy for living and ecologically sound! Of all types of hard flooring, laminate flooring has the lowest proportion of VOCs (volatile organic and inorganic compounds). As wood is the principal material used, the product is nearly CO 2 -neutral. Disposal is also completely problem-free thanks to its non-harmful components: Pieces left over from installation can simply be disposed of as household rubbish, while larger quantities are disposed of as bulky waste. Why is MEISTER laminate flooring so easy to install? If our laminate flooring is one thing, it’s straightforward! Not only is this evident in its easy-to-maintain and robust character, but especially in its click system. The system is so simple that you can install this flooring yourself – no gluing, no adhesives and, of course, on underfloor heating. By the way, a floating installation offers a further benefit: The flooring is not soiled by adhesives and is not only easier to remove for renovation, but also easy and completely safe to dispose of.
